Would you like to spend a day in the lowest place in the world? Would you like to spend a day going from a historical mountain top with a beautiful view, to hiking and seeing waterfalls (even getting to play in the water), to floating in the Dead Sea and then entering into a beautiful salt cave where you will be amazed at the different formations that the salt can make? This is the adventure for you! It's suitable for all ages, and the order of this tour is flexible. You can decide where you would like to go first.
1. Masada
Without a doubt, Masada National Park is one of the most iconic sites in Israel. Covering historical, religious, and natural beauty, the flat-topped mountain of Masada with its 2,000-year-old fortress, is a must-see on any tour of Israel. Masada's most impressive section is King Herod's Northern Palace, a structure built on three stone terraces overlooking the gorge below. Additional sites of interest in Masada's fortress are the synagogue, the ritual baths, the storerooms, and watchtowers, each relating to the tragic historical event of Masada. A sunrise at Masada is an unforgettable experience you will need to set out before dawn to complete this epic adventure. It can be done as a sunrise tour hiking up the snake trail, or if you want something less extreme, it can be done later with the cable car.
Estimated time: 2-3 hours.
2. Ein Gedi Hike
This beautiful hike is where there are many places to rest, swim, and explore as much as you like. The Ein Gedi Nature Reserve is an oasis with a rich variety of vegetation and wildlife, and even the remains of an ancient community. You may be treated to wildlife along the way, such as Capra, rock hyrax, river crabs, and more. The highlight of the hike is the impressive hidden waterfall. Take a dip and stand under the pounding water for a natural massage! The stream burbles over rocks and shallow pools, offering refreshing respite from the heat.
Estimated time: 1-2 hours
Or Hike at Ein Bokek
This is a beautiful, short hike that is located just outside of the Dead Sea. A beautiful canyon with lovely shallow springs, you will be able to refresh yourselves in the sweet water springs and enjoy the landscape of the scenic and green Judean Desert Canyon. You might get a chance to see wildlife, such as hyrax, deer, and big and small desert birds.
Estimated time: 1-2 hours
3. Floating in the Dead Sea
You will have a chance to relax, spread on the healing Dead Sea mineral mud, and float in the Dead Sea.

4. Ma'arat Malcham
This is a very special and unique cave, known only among caving professionals. Located in Mount Sedom, in the Dead Sea region, it is the biggest natural salt cave in the world.
