Rock Climbing at Yonim Cliff

Yonim Cliff is one of the most beloved cliffs in the Israeli climbing community. It is located in the Galilee, slightly west of Karmiel, within the Har Gamel Nature Reserve. This stunning site offers a variety of climbing routes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced climbers, including extreme routes and every level in between.

This amazing adventure begins with a short 10-minute walk that leads us to a large and impressive karst cave. To add some excitement and enjoyment, we will rappel into the cave through an opening in its ceiling (the cave is naturally illuminated by light coming through the upper opening). Once everyone reaches the bottom of the cave, the guide will set up the climbing station, and we’ll begin the real fun.

We will start climbing the routes of your choice, gradually progressing level by level until you reach your limit! We climb using the "top-rope" method, meaning you’ll be able to belay each other, of course under the supervision and guidance of your guide.

At the end, we’ll take a short walk back to the starting point, with slightly sore muscles but a great sense of satisfaction and enjoyment… until next time :)
