Shilat Cliff

This beautiful cliff is located in the middle of the unique Ben Shemen Forest, a 30-minute drive from Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Shilat Cliff has a large picnic area at the top of the cliff and a running stream below. It is a great site for both rappelling and top rope rock climbing. It is a well-known site for rock climbing in Israel, and often professional climbers can be seen training here. There are rock climbing routes for every level of climber, from rank beginner to very advanced. You can do the rappelling and rock climbing multiple times until you've reached your limit!All the rope activities are optional. No experience is necessary.Estimated time: 3.5 to 6 hours.
