Welcome to the newest site, "Via Ferrata," in Israel!Introducing Via Ferrata-Ravid, named in loving memory of Hagit Rafaeli Mishkin, may her memory be blessed.Located in the picturesque Lower Galilee near Kibbutz Ravid, this challenging Via Ferrata route offers breathtaking views of valleys, and mountains: the Kinneret, Golan Heights, Safed, Mount Miron, Harbel Cliff, Mount Nitai, and more.Embark on a half-hour walk to the starting point, where we'll equip ourselves with harnesses, helmets, and specialized Via Ferrata gear. Climbing and descending along the marked route secured by an iron cable, the journey takes approximately one to two hours, depending on your pace. After this exhilarating experience, we'll relax with tea or coffee before a half-hour stroll back to our starting point.Rated as a level C route (on a scale from A to E), this Via Ferrata is currently the longest in Israel. The route is a testament to the dedication of Hagit Mishkin, who was part of the voluntary team that built it. Tragically, she was among those lost in the terrorist attack on 7/10.Join us for an unforgettable experience of stunning landscapes, personal challenges, family/group empowerment, and immense satisfaction.
