Join us for the new and more challenging attraction of "Via Ferrata," or "The Iron Road" – a thrilling and unique climbing adventure that takes place along a dramatic cliffside, while being securely clipped into a continuous steel cable. Surrounded by breathtaking views of trees, mountains, and sea, this growing international sport is gaining momentum in Israel.
This particular Via Ferrata is the second of three in Israel and is considered more technically challenging than the first. The experience includes cliffside climbing, suspension bridges, and cliff rappelling – all under the guidance of professional instructors and with top-tier safety equipment.
We offer 3 different activities at this site, which can be done together or separately, depending on your schedule and interest:
-
Via Ferrata – a 900-meter route where we climb cliffs, descend ravines, cross suspension bridges, and hold onto iron handles while constantly secured to the steel cable. Using specialized safety gear, we’ll access parts of the cliff that were previously unreachable by humans.
-
Rappelling – mid-route, while everyone is safely connected to the cable, ropes are anchored to allow for a vertical descent over the cliffside – an unforgettable adrenaline rush.
-
Rock Climbing – once rappelling is complete, we climb our way back up to the Via Ferrata route. Multiple difficulty levels are available and tailored to participant ability.
After completing the climb, we’ll continue on the Via Ferrata trail back to the starting point, ending an extraordinary adventure in one of the most beautiful and unique natural sites in Israel.
Estimated time: 4–5.5 hours.
